1. When you introduce Parsa, you should provide a reference and mention the names of the original authors. You do that for published articles elsewhere, why not for software packages too?
2. Under the Convergence section, you should make a paragraph break at the point where you start discussing the MIR scheduling in detail. At present, it looks like equations
